Privacy.

01 Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you start an RFQ or email us, we collect what you send: your name, company, email address and phone number, and the details of your inquiry — the commodity, quantities, the certifications your program needs, where it needs to be built, good times to meet, and any file you choose to attach.
• Information collected automatically. As with most websites, our host records standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit — to keep the site running and secure. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking on this site. Its pages, fonts and scripts are all served from pro-source.us, so viewing it sends no request to any other website.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information. Do not send export-controlled technical data through the RFQ form or by email. Tell us about the program first, without the controlled details.

02 How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare and manage quotes, and run your program with the right factory in our network.
• To communicate with you about your project and our services.
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve the site.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

03 When we share it

• Partners in our network. To quote or build what you need, we share what is required with the vetted partner we match to your program, and only as far as the quote or the build requires. Where that partner works through another plant, the information goes on to that plant on the same basis. Drawings and design data are shared on a confidential basis, after we have spoken.
• Service providers. Our website is hosted, and the forms you submit are processed, by a third-party web platform (currently Netlify). Our business email provider (currently Microsoft) receives and stores the email you send us, including copies of the forms you submit. Both handle this information on our behalf so that your message reaches us.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of ProSource, our customers or others.

We do not share your information for any other purpose.

04 How long we keep it

We keep the information you send for as long as we need it to respond to you and to support an ongoing business relationship, and as required for our records. When we no longer need it, we remove it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

05 Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@pro-source.us. Depending on where you live — for example, in California, or in the EU or the UK — you may have additional rights over your information. Email us, and we will honor the requests that apply to you.

06 Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send anything highly confidential through the site before we have spoken and put suitable confidentiality protections in place.

07 Other websites

The site may link to other websites, such as our LinkedIn page. Their privacy practices are their own; this notice covers only pro-source.us.

08 Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

09 Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed; where a change is significant, we will make that clear on this page.
