PCB assembly

Surface mount to 01005,inspected in 3D.

Surface-mount assembly to 0201 on the Taiwan route, and to 01005 with fine pitch to 0.4 mm on the USA route, plus through-hole. On the USA route, solder paste is inspected in 3D before reflow and by AOI after it.

    Tell us about the product: quantities, the certifications you need, and where it must be built. No files are needed to begin.

  2. NDA review

    An NDA is in place before any drawings or design data change hands.

  3. Review and quote

    Once your files are with us, the right facility reviews the design for manufacturability and returns a quote: Taiwan, the USA, or both. Either way it is a TAA-compliant route.

  4. Prototypes, then production

    First articles for your approval, then production and ongoing supply.
